Exam Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Exam cancellation or rescheduling 7 days before the exam is free.

In case of Exam cancellation or rescheduling through 7 days to 72 hours of the exam you will be charged EGP 300.

In case of Exam cancellation or rescheduling within the last 72 hours before the date of the exam, there is no refund or you will be committed to pay the full exam fees.

Any request for cancellation or rescheduling should be through replying the confirmation email.

**Ignoring rules may cause adding your name to the negative list of not participating in future services.
