        [i] ISTQB® Exam Pre-requisites, Fees, Registration, Confirmation and Payment 

          Pre-requisites
            • Candidate must hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Certificate.
          • Have at least 3 years working experience in the field
        Examination Fees
        • For Egyptians: EGP 1,700
        • For Non-Egyptians: EGP 2,400

        Confirmation Process

        1- Exam Confirmation Email:

          • There is no immediate email after submitting the registration.
          • You will receive the confirmation email within 2 or 3 weeks before the exam date .
          • This email will confirm seat availability and provide details about the payment date.
            • 2- Response to Confirmation:
          • After replying to the confirmation email within the time frame provided, you will receive an SMS by Fawry during 10 days before the exam with Fawry payment code and the payment validation date and time.
          • In addition, you can pay using other payment methods during the same time frame provided.
            - at ITIDA using your bank card
            - at Cheque payable to Information Technology Industry Development Agency and delivered to SECC Finance Department

        Additional Rules:

        • Multiple Registrations: If you register more than once, only the last registration will be confirmed.
        • Admission to the examination will not be allowed until the confirmation and payment cycle are completed
        • Exam result: will be sent by email within a month of exam day.
        • Your data: Please ensure that your name, email, mobile number, and national ID number are entered correctly, as these details cannot be modified later.
        • Exam Slot: Occasionally, based on the volume of registrations, your exam date may be rescheduled to new slot. If this happens, the new date will be communicated to you, and you will have the option to accept or cancel within the specified timeframe.

[ii] General Terms

I agree that as a holder of the requested certificate I shall

  • comply with the relevant provisions of the certification.
  • make claims regarding certification only with respect to the scope for which certification has been granted.
  • not use the certification in such a manner as to bring the ESTB into disrepute, and that I shall not make any statement regarding the certification which the ESTB may consider misleading or unauthorized.
  • discontinue the use of all claims to certification and to return the certificate if requested to do so upon suspension or withdrawal of certification by the ESTB.
  • not use the certificate in a misleading manner.

[iii] Exam Cancellation Policy

  • a. The cancellation or rescheduling 7 days before the exam is free.
  • b. The cancellation or rescheduling through the last 7 days until last 72 hours you will pay EGP 200.
  • c. In case of Exam cancellation or rescheduling within the last 72 hours before the date of the exam, there is no refund or you will be committed to pay the full exam fees. .
  • d. The cancellation or rescheduling should be through an email to mbhady@itida.gov.eg or msabra@itida.gov.eg
    • Fees Refund:
      - Fees refund will be related to the above policies
      - Fees refund is only available through Your personal bank account
      - Fees refund takes 45 Days from your refund request
      - Fees refund required reply with the following information

      ·       Your Bank Name
      ·       Your Bank Branch
      ·       Bank Account number
      ·       Bank IBAN
