Software testing practices ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of software applications. Some of these practices have been automated but others are very time-consuming. Intelligent text generation for test cases can save significant time and effort.

Generative AI can be used to understand, summarize, and generate any text. Large Language Models (LLMs) are the underlying technology behind text Generative AI applications. It is an artificial intelligence model that uses massive data sets to train huge neural networks through deep learning techniques.

These Generative AI abilities can enhance and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of software testing. Test case generation and test automation are among the most common usages of Generative AI in software testing. This workshop introduces Generative AI utilization in software testing through practical use cases with local deployment of LLMs for text generation of used test cases.

Prerequiste: Laptop with at least 16 GB RAM-intel i7 – Windows (include GPU if possible). USB stick.
