Generative AI started to transform the world in late 2022 and was primarily used in intelligent chatbots. Then, it was used in dealing with enterprise assets through RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning techniques. Later on, it was used in automating enterprise workflows that assist and augment human intelligence through copilots and AI agents. 

In 2025, enterprises aspired to add more autonomy and adaptability through what is being called “Agentic AI,” which includes advanced intelligent features such as perception, cognition, and action. 

This course provides an overview of the fundamental “Agentic AI Building Blocks” and demonstrates the core Agentic AI concepts through sound case studies.
