What is ITIL®?

The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world, it is a public framework that describes best practice in IT service management. It provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.

ITIL® advocates that IT services are aligned to the needs of the business and support its core processes. It provides guidance to organizations and individuals on how to use IT as a tool to facilitate business change, transformation and growth.


What will SECC offer me?

SECC offers the following services:

  • Official ITIL® 4 Foundation: SECC Provides ITIL® Foundation training & exam
  • ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Training
  • ITIL® Assessment: SECC consultants will conduct ITIL® assessment at customer's site & a gap analysis report will be presented to the customer
  • ITIL® Consultancy: Based on the assessment results, a number of consultancy days will be required to cover some areas.
  • ITIL® Express Adoption: Adopting ITIL® can offer users a huge range of benefits that include:
