Vision and Mission
Software Engineering Competence Center (known as SECC) is an Egyptian leading ICT organization aiming at bridging the gap between technologies needed to overcome the economic, social, and environmental challenges and existing technologies. In June 2001, SECC launched its business as part of the efforts sponsored by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to support the local information technology industry. In 2005, the Center merged with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), a governmental entity growing IT industry in Egypt.
