About SECC Tech Night "Designing and Engineering Scalable AI Systems a Practical Approach"
The Main Goal is to introduce a deep dive into Designing and Developing Enterprise Data-Driven AI Systems using engineering methodology to make them production ready for digital transformation applications leveraging MLOps and AI Platforms that are ready for scalability and comprehensive functionality in different domains like GeAI/LLMs, Computer Vision and enterprise AI for business operations among others. We are going to walk through the features of key open-source and industry adopted platforms, technologies and solutions backed up by a solid agile project methodology.

Eng. Hisham Arafat Shehata is an experienced Technology Strategist, Agile Enterprise Architect/Programs Director and Associate Professor of Practice possess 26+ years of professional hands-on experience and global exposure in multi technologies and business domains. He led/contributed to hundreds of projects for enterprise customers in over 50 countries in different vertical industries including Utilities, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, Government, Public Sector, FS, Transportation, Supply Chain and Logistics, Oil & Gas, Retail, FMCG and Agriculture. He assumed several technology, engineering, consulting and SME roles working with c-level executives, senior managers, technical consultants and technology engineers specially in strategic solutioning and capacity building programs. He possess strong hands-on knowledge and skills in Data Science, AI Applications, Big/Data Engineering, Cloud-Native SW Engineering, Blockchain DLT, IoT in both commercial and industry- academic research contexts
