About SECC Tech Night "Agentic AI Software: The New Paradigm Shift of Software Engineering (Part-2: Deep Dive) "
The year 2024 marked a pivotal year in the advancement of artificial intelligence with Generative AI becoming mainstream. Although Generative AI capabilities continued to evolve faster than anticipated in the first place, something was missing in the overall picture. Chasing long-term goals, the ability to consume up-to-date information, and extending the pre-trained capabilities were necessary to mimic human intelligence. Here comes the “Agentic AI” as the next generation of Generative AI, which will be mainstream in 2025. Agentic AI will dramatically change the way of architecting software systems in general and represent a new paradigm shift in the software engineering industry.
This session will provide a deep dive into this new complex domain, after
the webinar of February 12, 2024, which provided the introduction. This is going to provide strategic insight to move forward during 2025 with a better-informed competitive enterprise AI strategy.

Dr. Ahmed S. ELSHEIKH helps executives and decision-makers shape their strategies in the disruptive digital economy using broad exposure to a wide range of strategies, business models, methodologies, frameworks, and technologies such as "AI, Data Analytics, FinTech, Metaverse, Business & Enterprise Architecture, Blockchain, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, CMMI, and Agile." Furthermore, he helped them to realize these strategies using strategy governance frameworks such as "Balanced Scorecards," "COBIT," and "Objectives & Key Results - OKRs." He obtained his "Executive Doctorate of Business Administration" dual degrees from the iaeLyon School of Management & SKEMA Business School—France. Previously, he obtained an MBA from Warwick Business School—UK and an MSc from AAST—Egypt. He has diversified work experiences as an R&D Manager, Advisor to C-Suite levels, Business & Enterprise Architect, and Executive Coach
