Description & Topics

The purpose of the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management is to certify that the candidate has gained knowledge of the ITIL terminology, structure and basic concepts and has comprehended the core principles of ITIL practices for Service Management. The ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management is not intended to enable the holders of the certificate to apply the ITIL practices for Service Management without further guidance. Certification Overview

The ITIL® Foundation exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, where only one choice can be correct and will be awarded a mark. The pass mark for this examination is 65% (26/40) and the exam duration is 60 minutes, and 15 minutes are additional for non-native English speakers.

Registration & Fees

  • SECC will send a confirmation e-mail after 2 working days of course registration due date.

  • Training Fees: 1,600 EGP/attendee
  • Exam International Fees: 3,550 EGP / seat
  • Total Fees for the course and exam: 5,150 EGP/Seat
        4,950 EGP/Attendee instead of EGP 5,150 EGP/Attendee

  • After you receive SECC confirmation email:
    Payments are due in cash or cheque to ITIDA.
